The Process

When you find yourself planning for an upcoming event or occasion and you would like to consider working with us, please contact us by email and we will arrange to meet with you for a complimentary introductory consultation. The consultation will provide an opportunity for you to review our samples and to discuss how R+M Creations can help with your stationary and event accessory needs. We will discuss the details of your event or occasion, budget considerations, specific ideas you may have, and brainstorm on what we can create together.

Should you decide that R+M Creations would be the best choice for your needs, a design fee and time line will be agreed upon. R+M Creations will then create mock-ups for your review. From the design mock-ups presented, we will make further revisions. Once a design is perfected and approved, partial payment is requested to proceed to production. Final payment is due on delivery. We can coordinate with your event planner or venue to arrange delivery and set up if requested.

We find that in-person, hands on consultation works best for the design process of custom, handcrafted stationary and accessories. If this is not an option, please contact us to discuss other alternatives. We will gladly work with you over the phone, email, or US mail. No matter which method is used, attention to detail is never compromised.

All orders are subject to material availability and R+M Creations production schedule. All of our stationary and other creations are handcrafted and individually assembled giving each piece its own unique character and beauty.
